Yeah, we got that live. Alright. We back, bro. The boys are back in town. The boys are back in town. And we ain't come to play.
We ain't come to play, bro. Get straight to it. We was just warming up, bro. In the gym. That's it. Just a little spa session.
Now it's time for a fight. Alright, let's do it. Yeah. All right. So we talked about a lot of stuff. I don't know if you want to like how much you want to rehash.
I feel like that. I feel like you didn't want to go into it, but I thought that John H I knew you was going to. It was a little bit of a you had to you had to like accept that as a little bit of an acceptance that had to happen when you watch that video. you know I would say this right John is kind of getting the bag right you're getting paid from the Ravens guaranteed money the Giants are in a tough position right they got a team they need a coach they need a young John Harbaugh but it's I don't know if it's going to fit that old school mentality with that young team, you know, they're getting two, three concussions a game. They don't, you know, I don't know if that's going to fit, man. And then, like you showed me about the video, I just didn't see that same young John firepower dancing in the locker room type, you know. It's hard to, it's hard to, John's been with the Ravens 20 years.
He's trying to act like that He a Giants fan But he's He a Raven He Ravens It doesn't even look like it makes sense For him to be somewhere else Like it doesn't It doesn't look like it makes sense Like this was his first head coaching job Was Baltimore And it should have been his last John should have accepted his fate A couple of years ago And moved into the front office If he really wanted to be a member. He still wanted to be close to the team. He still wanted to be able to touch the players and be around football. He could have moved into the front office. His decision, his ego got a hold of him. And he tried to push it in Baltimore as long as he could.
They squandered years with Lamar Jackson, the greatest quarterback in Baltimore Ravens history. Arguably, United's butt. I ain't stutter. He's the greatest quarterback in Baltimore Ravens history. There's no debate. Oh, Baltimore.
Okay, Baltimore Ravens history. We don't have any MVP quarterbacks on our jacket except for a guy that's damn near 1-3. He's alone. Regardless of Super Bowls, he's alone. And like I say it all the time, if Lamar Jackson was white, if Lamar Jackson was Joe Burrow or Josh Allen, The conversation about the greatest quarterback of all time, he'd be in it already. Already.
They would have already been like, oh, this might be the greatest thing we've ever seen. He's like a Steve Young on drugs. He's like a souped up Steve Young. They would be talking so outrageously crazy about Lamar Jackson. But because he's from South Florida, because he got cornrow, because he's really black as fuck, he gets the treatment. Like it's like every year he has to reestablish himself as the best in league every year.
It's like, you know, he got to go back to 10. He's like, oh, he had a good season back to 10. They can't they can't wait to take him out of the top three. They're like, oh, get him out of here. They can't wait. So, yeah, I feel like that.
Yeah. It's it's it's also that he beats at his own drum. Um, like you mentioned, let's say like, like I've said this to y'all, if Lamar is signed to Nike or one of these or major players that's in the NFL sponsor deals, that stuff will be, he wouldn't be ra He wouldn't have to deal with this because he have a serious backing. And for him to be solo, it's kind of like and then anything that they say about Lamar's instant money. But I see a point because as far as the their their their their I would say comparison, him and Josh Allen kind of got the same problems and got the same results. And like, like, I feel like that Josh Allen played a terrible playoff game in a year that they probably would have won the Superbowl.
And Josh Allen is unstoppable. He has the arm. He has, he carries his team, but he also had four turnovers and fumbles and all this stuff in a game that they need him to play his best in as well. And no one said anything about that. That's the point I'm saying. Like how it's not โ they're not judged the same by any stretch of the imagination.
Maybe some of it is a little bit of the bias of him not being โ but again, this is all an attack on him for this reason because he's not playing the game. He's not โ he doesn't have an agent that's looped in with the NFL. Then he doesn't have the connections to have him in the Nike rooms and Adidas rooms to get that backing. And it's almost like it's almost like they're punishing him for it. It's almost like because he's not because he's not locked into the infrastructure the way they want him to be. They're punishing him for it.
And I feel like that would be in any business. And that's why that's why there needs to be ownership, because if you don't own anything, you don't have a real voice in whatever their rules are. Whether you're getting paid one hundred million dollars or one hundred thousand dollars, you have to follow them. That's that's the difference where where any kind of business, you can't go in there and not follow the rules, you know. so I think that has to do with there needs to be some minority ownership as well I mean it's getting better with that but not like there's bits and pieces of owners but it's not a full diverse owner of a NFL team no yeah I think the only diverse one was the dude the Jaguars owner the con guy that's like the only that's like the only brown or other than a white owner in the NFL for sure. I feel like if you go and just be like, I'm just going to go to work. I'm going to be the best ever and I'm just going to go home with my family and they want you to do this, that, and this and that and you're just like, I'm about to go home with my family.
And then they write all these stories about you and all of that stuff and you're just like to make money off of you, I don't know, man. That's just tough, man. That's tough for anybody to deal with. I feel like he handles it as best as you can. Yeah, sometimes on Twitter he go off, but it's rare. When he was younger, it was more, but you're really not going to get a reaction out of Lamar.
Nah, coming into year nine, man, I'm expecting him to bounce back from last year's little situation, the little freak injury stuff. He going to bounce back this year, be solid for us, probably flirt with another MVP. They're going to hate him some more. If Lamar get three MVPs before Joe Burrow gets one, I don't want to hate Joe Burrow mouth. I don't want to hear nothing about that, man. Nothing.
Lamar, they need to give the team to Lamar, right? And that's the thing we're talking about. No. No, no I feel like that Even the last play of the game Lamar could have just ran for 10 more yards You know, easy Ran left, got another 10 Straightened it out, made it easy as possible A lot of coaches would have did that He was hurt, bro, he was hurt though Gotta remember his legs wasn't there no more That running for 10 yards That was dead by the end of the season For sure, because he couldn't run away from nobody It was annoying It was frustrating because you know he's faster than that. But by the playoff time, that man ain't had no legs. Leaving our season to a rookie kicker, I don't know, with a 45, it seems like a chip shot.
He didn't miss all season. He didn't miss them 40s. He was crushing all season. He was bad outside of 50. He wasn't great outside of 50. Right, but you're talking about in Pittsburgh, 45 with that weather, that's like a 50. and you could just run 10 more yards 5 more yards and that would have been we might have won a Super Bowl you know you've seen that play by Isaiah likely we did what we had to do it's not that again you can look at it how you want to look at it I feel like Lamar and the team collectively did what they needed to do to get out of this situation John had to go bro John had to go Yeah, yeah If we made the playoffs, it would have messed up that whole process It wouldn't John would have made the playoffs and messed around And won a game And all of a sudden we're in the AFC Championship What if we're in the AFC Championship game against the daggone Patriots And we just beat the Patriots Or we just lost to the Patriots barely Because we stopped giving it to Derrick Henry Then we win, and now we're in the Super Bowl And now we didn't get no better, we had an awful season We don't have a better coach And now we're in the Super Bowl And we got a little bit further than before I just feel like there was never going to be an end to John Harbaugh without a definitive bad season.
And so this was the definitive bad season. You just he spent all season not replacing Daniel for Lele. Like, bro, that's not that's like that's that is a that is a coaching fumble. If I've ever seen one letting up letting a poor player like that be out there blocking for your number one commodity for 17 weeks. I feel like if Lamar is screaming at you and ready to beat you up in the game you gotta go you gotta go especially when you got other teams looking out like yo he need to get out of there he can get Lamar killed like I was just doing anything I wanted but another thing about it is John Harbaugh is a level but it's EDC too though You know He's in charge of the players No he's not DaCosta the GM? Yeah he is What players?
So on the Giants John Harbaugh has Say over the players But on the Ravens he didn't No he didn't No he didn't You're insane What? You think John Harbaugh You think John Harbaugh 20 year coach didn't have no say over the players He was he had sailed all these like look at the draft look at how we look look at the decisions we making it looks different now because John not talking about it John had a seat at the table with eve You crazy. They're talking about everything all the time. John's in his ear making decisions. EDC's in charge of roster construction, and John Harbaugh's in charge of coaching the players. The players.
So when somebody does something wrong, EDC's not saying, oh, he fumbles too much, get him out of there. John Harbaugh picked that. John Harbaugh said, oh, I don't like, he's not listening. Get him out of there. John Harbaugh, that's not EDC coming down. EDC wasn't on the sideline.
EDC does the others. He gets people paid. He do the contracts and stuff. That's not, John Harbaugh is personnel. Are you going to vouch and say if John Harbaugh wants you off the team, you've gone tomorrow. He had that much power on the Raiders.
He'll bench you. That's the power. The power is the benching. The power is you don't play. That's the power. I would give you that.
I would give you that It's the same thing It's even worse actually Instead of letting you go somewhere else And be successful I'm going to keep you right here on this bench Sit on this pond and get splinters You ain't going nowhere I mean, play like Alamar hurt Yeah And he still played And he left him out there, bro We couldn't find Ben Cleveland We wanted to see Mad other people get looks They should be at least getting looks The homies are falling immediately after the snap. You have to let this be a rotation. No one's that good. No one's good enough that the position is solidified. Clearly. He looks the part, though.
I don't care about the look. I care about do you get run over? Do you miss blocks consistently? And he did all that. I mean, yeah. I mean, we should have beat the Chiefs that year.
I mean, I really can't get past it, bro. Our team was legit. We got to get past. It was straight cold. Yo, the Chiefs just had Kelsey and Mahomes and Andy Reid. That's all they had.
And they beat us and won a Super Bowl. I mean, they had more than that. Everybody had the Ravens winning. It was at home. It was cold. We couldn't throw the ball.
So we had to... Yeah. I mean, but you look at it and it was just like... And the refs was cheating bad, too. I mean, I don't be expecting the cause to go our way that much, but it's just a matter of having a game plan and executing. I feel like Steve Spagnuolo and the Chiefs had a defensive game plan.
And the Ravens, thanks to John Harbaugh. Are you going to say EDC does the plays too? John Harbaugh and his damn game plan never being good in the first quarter. always coming out. Where's the script at? Whatever the script is, trash. He has a terrible script.
Other teams come out, first 20 plays, first two, three drives, they's dicing us up. I'm like, dang, they had a game plan for us. We go out there looking like, it's looking disjointed, it's looking uncomfortable. And it's like, I just... Yeah, yeah, yeah. But you know...
But you know what? You know why we're kind of spoiled, there's a lot of teams that just kind of want to make the playoffs. And John Harbaugh can do that. He didn't do it this time. He didn't do it last year. What are you talking about?
Right. But he has records of... Bro, what are you talking about? Why are we giving John Harbaugh all this credit? Like, Lamar Jackson is a generational talent. How are you not going to make the playoffs with a generational talent?
It's kind of an indictment to not make the playoffs. with one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Well, I always thought that John Harbaugh was going to make the Hall of Fame. He has a serious โ he's been in the league over 20 years. But I'm saying his success, I don't โ I'm looking at his success, and I give more credit to the best linebacker and greatest safety of all time and now a generational quarterback. Like, he ain't outcoached. He be getting outcoached week after week After week after week Getting beat in the fourth quarter How many fourth quarter leagues we gave up over the last four years That's coaching bro That's coaching How many times we got in the first quarter and don't know what to do How many coaches can last 20 years It's hard for a coach to last two years They last when they have good Institutional backing When you have a good team With a good owner and a good GM You last Look at the Steelers My bad Yo, but another thing about it is that He's going up against one of the best coaches ever In Bilicek If Bilicek wasn't on the Patriots John Harbaugh would have three Super Bowls Bro, no, I don't believe this, bro I don't, I'm sorry I just don't see it I don't remember when John Harbaugh out-coached nobody I don't remember You're talking about him The Patriots have been not a thing Tom Brady have been not a thing I'm going to say this to you And you're going to agree?
All right. He outcoaches his brother. With a better team. Jim's not, Jim has never had a better team. He has never had a better team. That's true.
We were better than the 49ers, and we're better than the Chargers. He's never had the better team. That's true. So that's that on that. Like, I don't, John Harbaugh don't be outcoaching nobody. He loses fourth quarter lead to Mike McDaniel.
He loses fourth quarter lead to the Raiders. He loses four quarters to mad teams, Texas. It doesn't matter. Like, if I'm constantly feeling like I'm getting out coached, you can't be a good coach. He don't have enough game plans for me, man. And look, the proof is going to show this year.
When we look at the Giants and we be like, hey, what's going on over there? You know, I think John Harbaugh could go to the Hall of Fame. maybe not first ballot but I mean I think he has serious stats but another thing I don't like about the John Harbaugh thing is that I don't like that he puts everyone in a box like even all pro Hall of Fame players are in boxes in packages I hate that like and it comes to the point where it's the game on the line and our best players aren't on the field and that just doesn't make He's old bro he's old He's from an old, all the old coaches. But Andy Reid is old. But Andy Reid is an offensive genius. So he's always on the cutting edge. See, John Harbaugh is a special teams coach.
He's all about, like, it's all about rah-rah. It's all about team building and trying to build camaraderie. I'm not trying to take away, John Harbaugh is a great coach for a pre-2020 league. like the league since 2020's last six years john like there's been a shift as far as the players personnel the way the way offenses are run the way teams are constructed things have shifted and john harbaugh hasn't shifted he he seems light and jovial he's like okay so he's like he tried to be hip he's not hip he's not hip he's very much uh a creature of habit he's he's in a box he's in a box himself he's he's constricted so of course he's gonna push constriction on other people. Like, of course. He, soon as we see Jesse Minter and Declan Doyle in the house, we're seeing 38-year-olds, 40-year-old guys, 29-year-old dudes talking to guys. They're like, yo, let's, like, I'm trying to find what fits best for you, for the way your skill set.
Let's put you in the best position to succeed. Not, this is the play, run it, run it, run it again, run it again, run it again, with your pads, full pads, run it. That's just a whole thing, and it doesn't get nobody going no more. It did not get nobody going, and we missed a Lamar Jackson young window because of this old, bullheaded stuff. And could it have worked? Sure.
Like you pointed out, we went to the AFC Championship game. We lost to the Chiefs. We had a good team in 2019, and we couldn't get over it, couldn't beat the Titans, but that's fine because Lamar wasn't evolved yet. So I accept that we couldn't do it them first few years. But these last four, bro, that's an indictment, bro. It's an indictment on John Harbaugh as a whole.
Yeah, Lamar. One of those years, Lamar was injured. But in 2022. And Huntley fumbled at the goal line. Yeah, but that team wasn't that good that year either. Offensively.
When Lamar wasn't healthy, then we're not that good. But as far as the years when we were healthy, going to the AFC Championship game, going to the Divisional game against the Bills, these last few years have not been what they were supposed to be. And I attribute it mostly to John, man. John wasn't, you know, I'm not going to say he was a vibe killer, but he wasn't giving us no extra juice. He wasn't... And just not being able to maximize on these players, bro.
That offensive line stuff was stupid. The wide receiver stuff, we don't have no reasons or answers as to why we couldn't get certain players involved. We get no conversations about it. We don't know why Keaton Mitchell was on the sideline as a healthy scratch for the first eight weeks of the season. We don't know why. And it's just like that's coaching, bro.
EDC's not telling don't let Keaton play. That's John saying that. Yeah, he has one of the highest yards could carry. I think the second highest in the league. Yeah, he deserved to be on the game day roster. He's like Gibbs as far as his play style.
He's not as good as a blocker, but he's lightning. And he's just giving the ball. He might can score with Patrick Ricard on the, you know. Right. Yeah. So, yeah, I'm happy with the move on.
What about Flowers? You getting a Flowers jersey this year? I got to now. Get to? Okay. I got to.
I feel like he's going to get paid after this season. You know, my best game I've seen Flowers was when Jamar Chase normally does crazy damage to the Ravens, especially if one of our cornerbacks are injured. No Marlon or no Wade? No Marlon. It's a wrap. Yeah.
But he was, yo, Jamar Chase was scored a touchdown. Zay was scored a touchdown. And I realized, and then like, it's like, okay, can he catch over the top? And then on that game, Zay was catching over the top, like 50-yard catch. And I was like, yo, this dude is on, like, this dude is nice. Like, he deserves top five money.
He can do it all. He really can. and I was just like, everybody knows you ain't going to be able to guard him. But I didn't know that he was a complete wide receiver. Yeah, bro, he's complete. He's complete. If Jamar Chase is a 10, he's an 8.5.
Right. And that deserves top five money. Right. But he's getting a lot of hate, but he was our whole offense, our whole passing offense. last year. So, I mean, he's doing that on the number one corner. I mean, Bateman was injured most of the year So yeah he was doing that on the number one corner If you was a Ravens fan you know it was a flowers in the Lamar I don know what I think he gets a lot of hate because he unde Mm-hmm.
But it doesn't matter. His play style, he's too twitchy. You can't guard him. You can't guard him. And he's big enough where you can't press him. Yeah, he's strong.
He's definitely got some some some size to him for sure. Yeah, he just built a little bit more sturdy. He's not like a frail. He's not like a Tankdale or Devontae Smith. He's built more solid than that. And he has perfect chemistry with Lamar.
He has hands. He has hands. He's good. Solid enough for sure. He just got that Fomaline thing. But it's from โ when you got a shifty player like that, that Mike can break for 50, 80 yards, sometimes they โ that's part of just growing pains.
Right. You know, so, I mean, that's what I think. I think he deserves top five money. Yeah, man. I think Zay's one of the best in the league. No doubt.
He's definitely one of the best wide receivers the Ravens have ever had. Yeah. He definitely has โ So if Zay Flowers was my number two receiver, I would feel like you got like the best wide receiver corner. Like if you have somebody that's better than Zay as your wide receiver one, you are probably the best. We're damn near the Bengals at that point. Right.
But as far as him as a number one, I think Zay has proven that he's a one. I think that he's proven that he's a one. I don't think that he's proven that he's like a 16, 17, 1800-yard season guy. I think that's what people will be looking for, like to see, like wondering if you're going to give us one of them. You know, like we just seen even Cooper Cup had a 1500-yard season. Like I think Zay can have a 1500-yard season for sure.
I think he could. But I don't think he could have a 2000-yard season. I think that would be kind of crazy. I think that Zay is super talented. And a lot of the hate that he was in. I said it in text messages.
I think a lot of the hate is coming from outside the house. Like if you watch games, I've seen Zay against the commanders. I've seen situations where Zay is going to have 10, 12 catches for 150 yards. You couldn't stop him. and because of that fumble in the AFC championship game, because of him getting dinged up and missing that Bills game which was the, which in all fairness, that was probably the one we were supposed to win that one, that division title game against the Bills in the snow, if Zay's out there with Lamar, we would have got it done we was that close without Zay so I think Yeah. No, I feel you. I mean, we got to be honest, though.
You can't call yourself a top five wide receiver, no matter how we say it, and only have five touchdowns, four touchdowns a year. That's his only not. I mean, everyone knows that. But the Ravens style, when we get close to the to the end zone, we could just run it. Right. That's why that's why it's kind of like not a fair assessment of him, because he's not he's not really in an offense.
It's just kind of like if Lamar throws, well, how many touchdowns? See, Lamar threw 41 touchdowns a couple years ago, and they only had five touchdowns. So it's like he just doesn't, he's just not a touchdown machine like that. That's his not. But from the 20 to the 20, from 20 to 20, he eating your ass up. He eating out there.
Inside from 20 to the 20, he cooking. it's just that when you get when you get down into that into those small spaces you know it's less room to move around and then when you're small it's just easier to like it's easier to like blanket you yeah and it's clock management and all that stuff you know with Derek Henry you're going to average five and a half yards carry you don't want to score too quickly all that type stuff but he's still got to get his touchdowns up regardless um you're getting paid top five money you can't be having four or five touchdowns a year I mean Yeah, so he's going to get 100 catches, 1,500 yards, 10 touchdowns. That'd be cool. Yeah. If we get that from him, that'd be solid. I'll be happy with that. Yeah.
I want to throw you a side. Who is the best tight end in Ravens history? I've been trying to โ that's a tough question, isn't it? Okay, we got Todd Heat. Right. Or Dennis Pitta.
Or Shannon Sharp. Or Andrews. Mark Andrews. Yeah, that would be the starters. I mean, I don't really think. There's a couple other guys that I remember, but they weren't top dudes.
So, out of those five, it probably would be Mark honestly yeah it gotta be Mark I think Todd Heat number two and then I would go Shannon Sharp number three with Tom on the roster and production yeah I mean it's hard for me to speak on it because I know Mark Andrews hasn't been the playoff performer that we would hope him to be but in the regular season he's been fantastic he's been you know when it went healthy he definitely led the league in catches and tight end catches and I think he damn near had the most passing yards one year yo one year he was injured came back and had the top touchdowns yeah exactly you know yeah inside the 20 he's a beast that's another thing Lamar loves his tight end so it's like it's hard for getting the end zone when you love going to bigger I mean it's bigger bodies, bigger targets yeah but yeah so that's what I would say I would say Mark Andrews would be the best another reason why it was hard to let him go they decided to keep him yeah yeah I mean he could be a raven for life, that's cool true alright So I do have a quick list of my ranking. I ranked the top wide receivers in the league. But I don't have a โ my 10 is kind of up in the air. So one, I had Chase. Two is Puka. And this is just my opinion.
One is Chase. Two is Puka. Three is Justin Jefferson. Four is JSN Five is George Pickens Six is Amin Raj St. Brown Seven is AJ Brown Eight is Nico Collins Nine is CeeDee Lamb And then ten is either Devontae Gary Zay or Olave I'm not going to do Olave At that spot I think Gary Wilson would be 10 if he had not on the Jets. If he was not on the Jets, I think he would be more than 10.
But I feel like I must be missing somebody. Yeah, bro. I thought you didn't put Zay Flowers in there. I'm saying I set him at the end. I don't have him. I mean, he's not.
You think he's the top five wide receiver? He's not. I mean, as far as stats, you said top 10, right? Yeah, it's 10. If 10, I think he's 10. I mean, he's 30% of our offense, bro.
Yeah. But I'm talking about, like, my assessment is, like, if he wasn't there and would I โ because he gets the targets, no doubt. But it's like, could someone else do similarly with his targets? Sure. Like, I think I can give A.J. Brown the same.
I could give AJ Brown those passes and he would produce. Crazy. All right. So this is just stats. Mm-hmm. So you got Jamar Chase.
I ain't got no problems with that. I'm just looking at it, bro. He just looks like the best of me. He just, like, the way he moves, the way his strength, like, the way he's just scary. As a wild person. Yeah.
I mean, the fact that Flacco was throwing 500 yards a game, he's like, man, this is easy. And Flacco even said it. He said, yo, this is the best part. You saw that video? You saw that clip? He was like, yo, that's insane.
He said, I didn't even throw a good ball right there. Yeah, he said, man, I ain't never had it. Like, this is easy. Yeah, and he had prime Anquan Bolden. Yeah, exactly. He literally had Anquan Bolden a year removed from being, like, from the Cardinals' Anquan. and he was like yeah this dude Jamar Chase is different yeah yeah yeah okay so Jamison Williams that's who I forgot I put Zay over Jamison I put Zay over Jamo Jamo's faster but I'll put Zay's a more complete wide receiver though I ain't really miss nobody except for Zay I said Zay Oh okay So you had 10 You had somebody else I said 9 names And then my My 10th spot was open And I said Garrett Wilson, Zay Flowers, Devontae Adams And Chris Olave I thought that was going to be Malik Laber That should say Wanda Robinson He's not in that Malik Laber would be on his list If he wasn't hurt Yeah I mean, I feel like that everyone's going to disagree with you.
That's fine. Because, you know, number one just won a Super Bowl. Yeah, I don't care about that, though. That's not how I'm assessing the wide receiver position. How are you assessing it? Based off the eye test and based off of who I like their game the best.
I feel like you're counting multiple years, too. you're not looking at it just as last year. No, yeah, hell no. What the fuck? Okay, yeah. That's not enough. You know what I'm saying?
One year is one year. That's cool. But your body of work. Jamar Chase has a body of work that tells me he's a top-round receiver. Justin Jefferson had a couple fall-off seasons, but he's still solid, and he can always bounce back. And he had no quarterbacks.
And he had no quarterbacks, exactly. Puka Nakua looks crazy out there. He looks crazy, bro. He makes catches that I don't think it's like maybe one or two other people in the league can make. Yeah. And he kind of plays running back.
He does a lot. He does like what Debo does and he get up field. So it's and then George Pickens looks incredible to me. Like when I watch George Pickens play, he clearly looks like he's a superstar. I wish I have grabbed him He looks better He looks better And I like that he on that He looks better than CeeDee Lamb Like CeeDee Lamb looks like a good number two when George Pickens is out there I g that's why I was like man Decapao's got a spot man and Dak Prescott's good yeah they in it every year yeah so yeah that's my wide receivers did I do a running back list Nah, I did a quarterback list I don't know who my six is That's crazy, I couldn't think of people You said top QB Yeah, I got Patrick Mahomes at one Lamar at two Josh at three Stafford at four Burrow at five I'm at a loss at six, I don't know who goes at six Seven is Hurts Eight is Jake Dane nine is Justin Herbert and ten is Dak Prescott who did I forget I would say Prescott is better than Herbert but okay but Prescott got two number one wide receivers yeah I feel like if Herbert had both of them He would cook up if he was there. Did you have Stafford in there?
Stafford's at four. Who you got above Stafford? Josh, Lamar, and Pat. See, if you're just talking about last year, you're going to have to put Stafford in front of Mahomes and Lamar. Yeah, but I'm not. Okay.
All right. I'm just talking about who I would pick first. If I'm drafting a quarterback, What quarterback do I draft first? I still think Patrick Mahomes has solidified himself as being the number one quarterback. I do think Lamar could. If Lamar was too old, I'd supplant him over Patrick Mahomes.
But until that day comes, Mahomes has enough credibility, street cred, whatever you want to call it. He's done enough. Now mind you If this season comes and goes And Patrick Mahomes has another Down season He'll go down my list A little bit I don't I don't know bro Like Patrick Mahomes is just that He's just a killer bro I mean he was injured last year And he wasn't even supposed to be playing Oh that's who Drake May. That's what I was thinking about. Okay. Everybody always talking about Jordan Love.
I don't like that. But maybe I could put Hurts at six. Yeah, I think I'll move everybody up and then put Drake May at ten. Drake May look good. What is this? What is this assessment?
I don't even know what this is. I think it's just stats. It's on the whack. Yeah. It's way off. I mean, they ranked it based around the stuff.
Look at Josh Allen with 14 Russian touchdowns. What a joke. 14 Russian touchdowns, bro. And then the Josh Allen fans are going to be like, Yo, Josh had 40 touchdowns. This is another season he had 40 touchdowns. He had 25 touchdowns. And 15 touch pushes.
Can't stop it. I mean, I wish that we did. I wish that we ran Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. If it works, like, I'm kind of with that. You know, if it works, it works. Yeah, if it works, it works.
I don't know why they would act like they was trying to save Derrick Henry last year. But the top, yeah. Yeah, it was correct. That shit still got me mad. I think Derek Henry is still getting crazy yards, even with halftime, not playing a lot of snaps. Yeah, man.
Those are the top lists. We talked about LBJ. We didn't talk about LeBron live But we can switch to basketball Oh yeah we didn't talk about LeBron I mean I don't know where he's going to go bro I don't know where I want him to go I just want him to go somewhere Where he can be successful I think it would be a great feather in his cap To win another ring It would be good And the haters be hating a little bit more but also he don't gotta do nothing like I think it's crazy to him being at this age, this part of his career and the league is waiting to make the schedule can you imagine the aura that you have to be 42 damn near and be year 24 and they still like yo so where you going so we can start these Christmas day games LeBron LeBron trying to hold out so they can schedule Some shit without so he cannot Play on Christmas He probably trying to get Christmas with the fam Alright so I know this is a tough Prediction yo and I don't know I mean we talked earlier You picking Miami right Oh of the teams Yeah I mean To me it's Philly Miami or Golden State That's the only real contenders to me. If I had to pick, my gut tells me Golden State because it's close, but Philly is more ready now. They have a lot of things, but I don't think LeBron is about to get along with Jalen Brown. Right.
I think LeBron is a super genius, and I think Jalen Brown is really smart, too. And I think that that's like, you know, that can potentially clash. And LeBron's like a sponsor darling. You know, he's a sponsor. He's a sponsor darling. He has all the Nike contracts and all different stuff.
And Jalen Brown is like, he damn near a black Israelite. Like he's very, like he almost like Kyrie in that sense. Like he's just, he's very smart, very aware of social issues. And he's not always doing stuff that's palatable for the white audience that LeBron pushes with. So as far as that's concerned, Miami's probably his second choice. I think he's going to pull Davis somewhere, too.
That's what people be saying. He could pull him to Miami or he could pull him to Golden State. But maybe not Miami. If he goes to Miami, that means that Bam's probably gone. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
Golden State would be nice, though, because then you'd have Przingis and AD and Draymond and Steph and LeBron. And Jimmy Butler still there. But Jimmy Butler probably going if you sign LeBron. Yo, the respect that LeBron has for Steph is crazy. Yeah. He nice, bro.
Greatest shooter ever. You got to respect that. But you got to respect that. They have some serious battles. you know and you got you got somebody that has all the physical gifts you can ever have against somebody who just is a specialist and a killer without the physical gifts he got physical gifts oh yeah like but not but he can't he can't he can't he's not like tracy mcgrady like he can't dunk from the foul on him no exactly he's a regular guy that can shoot crazy though. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. They just, they battled, they're both killers, you know, they're both killers, and it's just that Mike, like, they've been playing together, you know, and I feel like that he might end up there, he might, but does it tarnish his legacy a little bit?
Because he's kind of teaming up with one of his like not enemies but like competition. I don't know if that might tarnish his legacy a little bit. Steph would never go to LeBron. Steph even said that because LeBron's been trying to I wouldn't know. All right. Let's unpack that.
Would it tarnish his legacy? No He's one of the greatest of all time There's nothing you can do to LeBron's legacy But up it It can't go down He already did it As far as Him going Somewhere else I just think circumstances are different You know what I'm saying Steph Curry has been You good? Yeah is my daughter coming through the mic This whole time on them Yeah I can hear her Oh, shit. We're going to politics, Johnny. You should have said something. I was just thinking, you got kids over here, man.
It is what it is. Yeah. But Steph Curry circumstances have not been anywhere near what LeBron's circumstances have been. So Steph was never on a team, carrying a team, carrying a franchise without no help for multiple years and then forced to leave because your front office won't give you support enough to win a championship. that's the first thing so LeBron had to leave Cleveland because Cleveland wasn't giving him no better than Mo Williams and Zadronis Yorgoskis and Booby Gibson so then LeBron goes to Miami, four years in Miami he's not tied to Miami because I was I started my career somewhere else I just came here to try to win and then he leaves again so now he's been a little bit of a he comfortable with moving around like now and then then to go to LA he gave LA eight years but I just think that you know it ran its course and it's okay for him to like leave he doesn't have to stay Steph Curry has never had to leave because Steph Curry was was given a great situation and they won't never let him leave because they'll always find they'll always figure out how to pay Steph until Steph is like not good anymore. It's just circumstantially he not going to leave because why? It would it just wouldn't make no sense.
So yeah I mean with LeBron LeBron has proven that he can play with whoever so I think it would work out. But bro I gotta I got a slide. I'm about to go to the gym, meet up with this girl. All right, bro. Yeah, bro. We talked for what?
Two hours. Yeah, true, because this is the second setting. We got enough clip. All right, bro. All right. All right, later.
